- To see your bookings, select ‘Bookings’ from the main navigation menu on the left side of the dashboard.
- Inside the Bookings section, you have several options:
- Calendar View: This gives you an overview of your bookings on a calendar. You can switch between month, week, or list views to suit your preference.
- Pending: Here, you’ll find bookings that have been requested by clients but not yet confirmed by you.
- Approved: This section lists all the bookings you have accepted.
- Cancelled: Any bookings that have been cancelled will appear here.
- Expired: This contains bookings that were not confirmed and have passed their proposed date.
- Click on any of the categories to view specific booking requests.
- If there are no bookings in a category, it will display a message like “You don’t have any bookings yet”.
Use the Bookings feature to manage your service appointments effectively, keeping track of all stages from initial requests to confirmed appointments.
